Corporate and Team Building Breaks

(Group bookings only)

Here in this beautiful part of South-West France, we have an exclusive venue for your corporate event, whether that’s management team strategy activities, R&R company reward breaks or incentive treats.

We will custom-build your team event according to your required dates and your budget and we will provide a professional framework to ensure that your corporate trip meets your needs and objectives.

We have business partners who are able, if required, to facilitate fun or creative training programmes – activities comprised of mental or physical challenges to suit your group. Meanwhile our own personnel – administrators, chefs and chauffeurs – will make certain that the support structure operates smoothly.

Among your group plans may be visits to restaurants, golf courses, vineyards or the wealth of tourist sites in the region. We also have other suggestions, some nourishing the imagination – such as a guided tour around Toulouse’s Airbus 380 production line – others offering something a little more energetic and competitive.

How about an aerial forest assault course? A go-karting challenge? Or a narrowboat competition, negotiating the locks of the Canal du Midi?

For a week that is more subject-specific, our movie-making course enables teams to collaborate in creating their own film.

Good teamwork is the first essential for business success. Let our team work together with your team so we may realise our mutual goals during your next business getaway break.

‘Verdict: Fantastic, friendly, excellent quality food, wine, service and amenities/comfort.’ Philip Dewhurst

Airbus Team Training, April 2013

Overview

Airbus – based in nearby Toulouse – wanted French House Party to organise a residential programme of activities, dining and venue space for their team-booster event over a couple of days in April 2013. Since there were more than 30 delegates and trainers from all over Europe – and only eight bedrooms – some stayed in nearby accommodation and were chauffeured to and from the house before breakfast and after dinner. It worked well. We compiled a treasure hunt for the entire group at the spectacular medieval city of Carcassonne. Later, some delegates were taken go-karting while others had a private cookery class with our Michelin-starred chef, Jean Marc Boyer, helping him to make a delicious dinner for everyone that evening. The wine flowed freely – but that still didn’t stop everyone from working hard the following day with the Airbus training professionals who accompanied them.

Quotes:

“Thank you so much for all your work…. We loved it!” – Susan B, France.

“Everything was just perfect. It is relaxing, warm, you can have a lot of activities there… Everything is so pleasant: the rooms, the garden and swimming pool, the tennis court, the living room, kitchen… The food was delicious… Home made…The bedrooms are so comfortable… feeling like at home! We spend a really good time during those days. I definitely advise you this place.” – Meriem D, Germany

Blue Illusion, Australia: Cookery reward break for top retail salespeople.

Overview

We had a great group of Australian women from the Blue Illusion fashion retail company out with us on a reward break in March, taking one of our 6-day Gourmet Explorer cookery courses. They cooked lobsters, croissants, foie gras, some fabulous desserts and dinners, drank a lot of wine, visited the 13th Century market at Revel, drank some more wine, went wine-tasting, visited Carcassonne’s La Cite, went out for dinner twice (once to the Michelin-starred restaurant of one of our chefs, Jean Marc Boyer) …. And drank some more wine.

Three interesting facts we learned about Australians:

  1. They have no idea what a towpath is, not having any canals in Oz.
  2. They can’t contain their excitement when you tell them that it’s going to snow the next day.
  3. When it does, they go absolutely stark raving bonkers.

We were sorry to see them go – they were loads of fun. Hope some of them can pop in again one day. After all, 12,000 miles isn’t that far, is it?

Quote:

“We had an amazing time … 9 ladies from Blue Illusion attended cooking school for 5 days in a very relaxed and fun place. The food and wine was fantastic, the service and trip was amazing. I do hope I can return again sometime. Thanks to the wonderful staff – this was just amazing and the chefs brilliant. – Faye
